Terms of Service
Last updated: July 6, 20261. About ClientQ
ClientQ is appointment scheduling software provided to clinics in India. These terms govern use of ClientQ by (a) clinics (doctors and clinic staff) who subscribe to the service, and (b) patients who use WhatsApp to book appointments through a clinic using ClientQ.
2. What ClientQ does — and doesn't — do
ClientQ automates appointment booking, cancellations, reminders, and no-show tracking via WhatsApp and a dashboard. ClientQ is scheduling infrastructure only — it does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and is not involved in the clinical relationship between a patient and their doctor.
3. For clinics
- You're responsible for the accuracy of the clinic information, schedule, and slot availability you configure.
- You may not use ClientQ to send unsolicited or unrelated marketing messages to patients over WhatsApp.
- Subscriptions are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time; there are no refunds for partial months already billed.
- You're responsible for keeping your dashboard login credentials secure.
4. For patients
- By messaging a clinic's WhatsApp number to book an appointment, you agree to receive booking-related messages (confirmations, reminders) from that clinic via ClientQ.
- Appointment confirmations are based on real-time slot availability and are not guaranteed until you receive an explicit confirmation message.
- Cancelling or rescheduling is done directly through WhatsApp or by contacting the clinic.
5. Acceptable use
No one may use ClientQ to send spam, harass patients or clinics, or attempt to access data belonging to a clinic or patient other than their own.
6. Availability
We aim to keep ClientQ available and reliable, but don't guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance or unforeseen outages may occasionally affect booking or reminders.
7. Limitation of liability
ClientQ is not liable for missed appointments, scheduling errors, or damages arising from use of the service, to the maximum extent permitted by law. ClientQ is not a party to, and holds no responsibility for, the medical care provided by any clinic.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate a clinic's access for violating these terms. A clinic may stop using ClientQ at any time by discontinuing its subscription.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts in Thane, Maharashtra having jurisdiction.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of ClientQ after changes means you accept the revised terms.
